Hello and welcome to my adventure. In late of 2005 I decided that I would take on a New Years Resolution in 2006 that would include seeing all of Wisconsin state parks. This is the first park that the Elders and I visited in the early spring months. Stephen's Falls was at its peak as the snow had finished melting

This is definitely an expansive park that has a variety of things to do. The size of the park made very long drives and there was a sufficient amount of trails and new bathroom facilities. The variety of rock formations provided an ample amount of pictures as well as shade as they blocked out the sun better than the trees with their massive size. Camping is excellent here because of the different areas you have available to camp including places to grill and or to have a small fire. There are mines and a waterfall that encompass this park.

There was a variety of interesting rock formations that we were compelled to take pictures by.
Here the mother and I were surprised by some herons flying overhead by the water surrounded island in the park.
